“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’”

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”

“We must use time creatively.”

  • Assist local volunteers of all ages on completing your design: painting will occur on Saturdays at the MLK Center.
  • Mural should be finished in time to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day- January 15, 2018.
  • Submissions are due to the Kemp Center for the Arts-1300 Lamar St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 by 5:00pm Friday, November 17, 2017.
