Educational Field Trips Without Leaving School
The Kemp has been developing the Virtual Tour programs with this being our fifth year. In conjunction with Region 9, KFDX, and our many talented artists, we are able to bring you artistic tours through the use of technology directly to your classroom. Your students participate interactively via video feed: they’ll have the opportunity to listen to an expert on many different topics and also be given a chance to ask questions in real time.
DECEMBER 7, 2pm-2:50pm
December 7, 2pm-2:50pm: This month we head to the Red River Valley Museum in Vernon, where they cover everything from Permian Era fossils to explaining how North Texas became an integral part of the sport of polo.
Want to know something about North Texas history, anywhere from the last century to the very beginning of time? These folks have the answers!
Join us for the live interactive tour or ask your Region 9 coordinator about recorded copies of our tours.
