Our grand Auditorium is the main room from our original 1927 structure, and the most formal setting we offer with 24 foot ceilings, an 1,100 square foot theatre style stage and 2,800 square feet of seating space. The maximum capacity is 176 seated at round tables, and 325 theatre style seating. The most popular uses for this room are concerts, wedding ceremonies and formal dinners.
The newest addition to our historic structure is an outdoor courtyard. This space will be perfect for formal dinner parties, wedding receptions and even ceremonies. The 1,246 square foot space will boast eight foot stone walls and a 14 foot stone fireplace. The capacity for this room is 64 guests seated at round tables, or 100 with theater style seating.
Our “Garden” room has 3,564 square feet available for use and boasts the same modern floating ceiling and terrazzo tile floors as its neighboring fountain room. This is the single largest room available for use on our property and has been used for various different functions such as art shows, wedding receptions, trade shows, auctions and proms. It is a widely useful room with a capacity of 208 guests seated at round tables, or 400 with theatre style seating.
Our “Fountain” room has 1,282 square feet available for use. With a floating ceiling and terrazzo tile floors this room is modern and comfortable while still in a charming historic setting. You will find this space most useful for lunch meetings, crafting parties, graduation parties, or as an add on with other rooms for your large event. The capacity for this room is 64 guests seated at round tables, or 80 with theatre style seating.
Our “Dining” room is the second visible half of the original structure from 1927. With beamed ceilings and terrazzo tile floors, this room is classy and comfortable. This 1,114 square foot space is wonderful for lunch parties, graduation parties or a great add on with other rooms for your large event. The capacity for this room is 48 guests seated at round tables, or 100 with theatre style seating.
Our “Club” room is a bright and inviting space perfect for baby showers, bridal luncheons, corporate meetings and events or even informal gatherings. It boasts neutral walls with dimmable can lights and a denim blue colored carpet and is 1,422 square feet. The capacity for this room is 72 guests seated at round tables, or 90 with theatre style seating.
Our “Lounge” is an elegant board and sitting room, outfitted with a large meeting table and couch area. It is perfect for meetings, baby showers or cocktail parties. It has 1,092 square feet available for use with a very traditional feel with terrazzo floors, a marble fire place and upscale neutral furniture and walls. The feel is cozier, with a capacity of 40 guests seated at round tables.
